What Does this ultrasound Result Mean?

My diagnosis is hazy opacities with thick-walled lucency are noted at the right upper lobe Impression: PTB with cavitation, right But i dont cough, i dont have any phlegme, yes i did get a fever but only lasted for couple of days because we did hiking, my body and legs are in pain and i did get a cold . but im okay now, i feel physically fit. I play basket ball every afternoon. In a doctors perspective, do i have now an active tuberculosis that can infect others????

According to the Chest X ray finding you must be suffering from PTB and if you are doubtful then ask your doctor to get a CT done.If you have PTB you must be started on AKT soon.
